I'm sure they have / have had access to our satellite imaging, paved air fields and nuclear research sites are not easily hidden and less easily moved. Israel knows where the targets are, and if they wanted to I think they could cripple Iran's air-force within a 24 hour period given they have twice as many fighters and plane-for-plane punch far harder. Don't imagine they would though, they just want to destroy the sites in a quick in and out strike that's over before the Iranians realize what's happened.

Israel would not use a nuclear weapon unless there was a clear and imminent existential danger. They refrained even when the Egyptians kicked their teeth in in the Sinai and the Syrians were overrunning the Golan Heights.
