WTS iPad2 32 / 64 GB Wifi only

So my work incentive program is coming to an end and I have to spend all my points or lose them.

So I'm looking to get some items and resell them. I have enough points for two iPads, 1 - 64 GB and 1 - 32 GB Black versions. These are WIFI only versions

They will be new, but might ship with iOS4 instead of 5 (you can upgrade it yourself). Unless you want me to open it and upgrade it for you. They will be sealed.

Retail prices are $599.00 (32 GB) / $699.00 (64 GB), but I'm taking offers and willing to knock some off just to get rid of them. Keep in mind I do have to pay a 30% tax on them due to how my incentive program works, so it will still be a realistic price.
