My brother picked up a couple of tickets for us to go together to the Orlando showing. Apparently got decent seats. I'm already excited.
Hm, ticket is now free for anyone that wants to go. You'd be sitting by me if that helps?
Tonight @ 7pm
Man, I always find out about this stuff too late. Would have bought 2 tickets for tonight - lame.
That was awesome. More when I'm on my computer.
Sooo, was it worth it?
just added Minneapolis... so tempting, might have to do this.
Yeah, I borught this back up because of their new listings.. I saw PA and was psyched, but then saw it was in the middle of the week, and said shitballs.
Oh hey, I forgot about writing anything about this.
Movement order was
a: Arrangement Zelda overworld/main theme's.
1: Ocarina of time
2: Wind Waker (*)
Intermission
b: Fairy fountain (*³)
3: Twilight Princess (*²)
4: Link to the Past
c: Gerudo Valley (*)
d: Ballad of the Windfish
letters where shorter, numbers where long.
* - These all sounded very close to the anniversary cd that game with Skyward sword, with differences.
² - The video that accompanied it made it better, they matched the ending scenes up with the movement to excellent effect
³ - The harpists where excellent but the flutist fucking missed her entry, so we got a fairy fountain with no flute.
I sat through the whole thing with a massive grin on my face.
Only negative point was where they focused on the orchestra members for the close up that should not have happened. I know an instrumentalist isn't concerned with looking happy while playing, but they really shouldn't have given close ups to the ones who looked like they where thinking "I spent 5 years in Julliard to be playing this tripe?"
Just got this e-mail today. Additional Tour dates announced

I was disappointed I wouldn't be able to go since they were playing in Orlando the weekend of Comic-Con, my dreams have been answered.
Damn no love for norcal bay area
Goddamn, I hope they come close to Ohio. So far the closest has been Philly which is 9 hours from me >_>
