Couple of things look good. Definitely looking forward to nisemonogatari, might watch it as it airs.

Since it's not getting enough attention in this thread, I'm just going to go ahead and post the PV.
It's a mixture of of Alice in wonderland, magical girl, and great animation/direction. Maybe I'm just overhyping it, but it seem to have a lot of potential for now.
My initial picks are:
Kyousogiga
Amagami SS+...as much as I hate to admit it
Black rock shooter
Mouretsu Pirates
Brave 10
K-On movie
Kenshin movie
Ano Natsu de Matteru
Avoiding like the plague:
Zero no Tsukaima - they honestly made more of this shit?
Recorder to Randoseru
Kill me baby
Everything else is up in the air
Just Nisemonogatari for me...thank god though, my backlog is fucking huge ever since I added catching up on Hidamari Sketch (all 3 seasons), Azumanga Daioh and Pani Poni Dash!
Kyousougiga is a movie?
Are the character designs for Another done by Noizi ito? I'm pretty sure from seeing the promos.
confirmed to be an ONA like Time of Eve.

Fuck yeah, more Tiger and Bunny! Looks like hero vs hero for some reason, I hope they get back to the ranking/advertising stuff again.
2 films tiger and bunny eh, was hoping more of a season 2 with like 24 episodes for oroborus part hopefully they do instead of making it a short movie O_o
Wasn't there a season 2 planned anyway? I dunno if the movies are replacing the series.
Movies make more money than TV anime, which is why you're seeing a rise in anime movies in recent years. Plus they're less work, no stressful deadlines each week, and you can get much better quality from your staff than before.
Jinrui wa Suitai Shimashita Gets TV anime
Medaka Box By Studio GainaxThe story is set several centuries into the slow decline of mankind. Earth has now become the realm of "fairies" — 10-centimeter-tall (about 4-inch-tall) creatures with remarkable intelligence and an appetite for sweets. The human protagonist of the story serves an important duty as the international arbitrator between the fairies and humans, and she returns to her former hometown of Kusunoki. She chose this job because she thought it was an easy job she can do, even when she is as old as her grandfather. However, she learns that her job is anything but simple when she meets the fairies.

DATE A LIVE TV Series Annoucment:
The series is a different take on the "boy meets girl" story, with the girl called "Tohka" by the protagonist being the catalyst for a catclysmic event 30 years prior to the start of the story who returns to exact the same event after being shunned by the world around her. The only way to stop her from ending the world is a high school student by the name of Shido Itsuka, who meets her and must date her in order to keep her pacified in order to avoid another near apocalypse.

Good lord Medaka Box... *headdesk*
Gainax though... so probably giving it a watch.
Most of the really interesting looking stuff from the chart is OAV/Movies like .hack, Ruroken and extra episodes of stuff. I gotta watch Bakemonogatari so I can watch the sequel as it comes out. Yeah yeah I know, shame on me for not having seen it yet.![]()
yeah....i thought medaka box manga is pretty horribad, but if gainax is doing the anime, i might have to try and watch at least a few ep.
then again, gainax isn't exactly known to make good series consecutively, and i'd say dantalian no shouka was pretty good, so...
To me, Dantalian wasn't really that good. It was pretty boring. The protagonist was (when he wasn't killing things with monologues) just a backseat for that tsundere girl who was a combination between Suiseiseki and Victorique. I'm getting pretty tired of the "main character dude is just a bland vehicle that exists to show off the cute girls in the series" trend, which has been going on nonstop for years (Shana, any Key except angel beats, Gosick, etc). It's like male characters aren't allowed to have goddamn interesting personalities or quirks. I guess guys don't sell DVDs or merchandise, though.
On top of that, the plot wasn't compelling (unless it got interesting after the first half of the series) and didn't really offer anything to keep a person's interest, aside from book trivia.
Medaka Box is nothing to write home about either, though. Assuming they stay true to the source material...well, I am at a loss as to why they're doing it in the first place.
i guess nishio ishin + fanservice + renowned studio = potential bakemonogatari?
either that or they're just really that desperate for materials that they're just picking any shit from jump to adapt into anime
would've made bakuman a lot shorter if it was the case though >_>
