Nope. I was hoping something like that would happen (epic space adventure) but I didn't really expect it to happen since it was focused on Madoka's home town. Still, would've instantly grabbed my attention if she accepted.

Gotta agree. For how terribly repeatable the plot of each episode is it still somehow manages to be entirely enjoyable. Probably has something to do with the juxtaposition of Lucius' incredible over-the-top seriousness and defeatism vs. the absolute silliness of the mechanics behind the story. Sorta like the premise of Hot Tub Time Machine except I'm actually watching this one.

Kids on a Slope... I don't know if I'm ready for this. Awesome director, seems to be music based (reminds me of Nodame Cantibile and I loved that) and the art style is nice. Could be amazing.

Also, does Ano Natsu get better? Cause I'm on episode 2 and about 5 minutes in and I can't stand any more of this. I swear all these characters are ridiculously stupid and I think I just listened to the dumbest conversation ever.

Episode 2 first scene was my least favorite. I hated how they were hiding the whole "aliens" things in the most retarded way.

I posted my opinion a few days ago, but last 2 episodes didn't generate as much hate as the first one.I don't think the show is getting better, it's probably just me getting dumber, but I think I could last 12 episodes if I try.

If that Kids on a Slope anime is anything like Beck, I will love the shit out of it unconditionally. Nodaime was honestly kind of crap, the first season was nice but it felt too dragged out for a romance/drama to be honest.
