Now that you mention it.. she does look similar. But they're about the same age right? Do you think Renton and Eureka got it on that fast to have a child? When I read the first chapter before I was pretty confused.. but now that I'm starting to piece together the setting and characters I'm getting very excited and interested.

She looks older than Eurenton to me, but it's anime so it's always hard to tell, she could be anywhere from 14-32 years old and still look the same...

Ugh...
It's still not the worst anime ever, but character developments is just unbelievable. For a show that focus on people's "heart", it should start with normal human's behavior instead of using retarded caricatures that don't fit the style they are aiming for. The student's reactions actually remind me of this episode of FMP, except this time, it's not a comedy. I'm sure the concept of the cast being imprisoned in a concentration camp sounded great in theory, but a great concept doesn't necessarily make a good story. You need something more coherent to tie everything together, and Guilty Crown is lacking that. The result is that every arcs felt completely disconnected from the previous one, and the only thing that carry over is Shu's emotional roller coaster.

Since the first preview, I keep picturing Guilty Crown as an attempt to re-create the success of Code Geass, and this arc is seriously not helping. I know you can make every anime sound similar, but in this case, the mood they are going for is definitively same.

Geass was good however, this one is more like a frakenstein's monster made of rehashed ideas.

I liked the first two episodes, but I was waiting to see the first "arc transition" before giving a final verdict. Thankfully, I loved this episode (more than the first two actually).

I'm sure I will get burned for saying this, but it actually remind me of early Madoka episodes. It's not as good, and the explanation for the dream will be underwhelming (if addressed at all), but the fights and musics are great, and I found the girl's story very emotional so far.

Hellsing Ultimate OVA Ep 9

The crazy train continues! XD I don't think I have much to say about this Awesome OVA series that haven't already said on multiple occasions. I don't know how it would be possible to watch this episode and not feel something, from the intensity of Alucard's Backstory and The Death of Alexander(a total badass until the end).

I think any chance of that being completely true went out the window with episode 3

You know, with someone getting psychically mindbroken and all.
