Xavier is pretty good man.
Did that guy from Purdue tear another ACL?

Yeah, but they still blew a 19-point lead in the second half. Doesn't matter who that's to, it's still terrible. Had they lost in a more conventional manner, no big deal.
No, I don't think it was Hummel's knee that was bothering him. A leg cramp, they kept saying.Did that guy from Purdue tear another ACL?
Matt Painter should apologize to the team for going into the prevent offense with 8 minutes to go. (which I have complained about multiple times in these threads in the past) I would say this loss might be a good thing simply because they might learn from it, but I doubt it.
Travis Carroll's theme song should be the Benny Hill theme. At 6-9, I think he is shooting under 50% for the year on wide-open standing under the hoop layups (at 6-9 wtf can't you dunk), and gets rebounds snatched away from him by his 5-9 teammate. Need I say more when a freaking center has not shot a free throw 9 games in.
If you remember Purdue's bench from the mid 90s (which I thought I remember you saying something like you did), you'll like this messageboard post someone made. "Carroll makes Matt Ten Dam look like an All-American"
"School of Stiffs" is my slogan for Purdue's inside game in my lifetime. (outside a select few very good players)
It looks like there was a pretty big fight between Xavier and Cincy today.
Tu Holloway of Xavier looked to instigate the entire thing by instigating trash talk and throwing the first punch (or at least a high shove...hard to tell for sure) He probably gets suspended for a game or two.
Cheikh Mbodj on Cincinnati (according to ESPN's roster) should be suspended for the year. He stomped on the head of a Xavier player (at the 10 second mark left side of the screen), drawing a significant amount of blood.
Yancy Gates, who may be the best big guy in the big east, clocked Kenny Frease in the grill. He'll be taking a very long seat as well. I already thanked Heady for essentially forfeiting any chance at a BE run.
MSU @ Zaga tonight should be a great game, I have some high hopes now for this young State team. Might not be tournament worthy, but it's Izzo we're talking about, and he might have them up to snuff to at least make it. Day day leads the team in like every single stat, which is pretty lolworthy. And for having such a bad team, 2nd in Rebounds per Game is pretty crazy..
IU and UK today could be decent. Tom Crean has IU to a really good start. I want IU to win, but I also kind of want to see a UK v UL undefeated matchup. UL only really has two tough home games between now and the Rupp matchup (Memphis and Georgetown). ULs start is pretty amazing considering they've had 6 players injured, and still a few who haven't even taken a dribble, including their 5-star recruit Wayne Blackshear. UL has potential to be unbelievably good in March when the defense is even better than it is now (if that's possible) and having offensive talent on the floor. Right now, their best scorer is a white guy who isn't on scholarship lol.
I'm on the road, can someone shoop me an IU trollface in case this actually goes down. Needed for Facebook debauchery.
HOOSIERS BABY!!!!! #1 + #2 go down!!!!
as if this day could get any better, UNC is losing too
I was in Indiana shopping, so I had the pleasure of hearing the Hoosier broadcast on the radio...it was glorious. Can't wait to get home and watch the replay.

Wait, college basketball started? Thought that was still a few months away...
If you missed the end of the Cinci/Xavier game and the end of the IU/UK game, you missed a whole lot of epic that you'd never get in the NBA regular season.
I don't watch it til conference finals.
