I like Steve way more then Chen. The only problem I have with him is that he struggles with play by play, and he doesn't really know the game as well as Chen/Yipes/Spooky. You can tell he's more of a casual but when he's funny, he's funny.

Indeed. Hopefully it's just a removal of a few invincibility frames from Break the Witness and/or lowered chip damage on block. 75% invincible sounds decent enough. Paperwork Storm is also 100% invincible, but it's not like anyone will use that in most situations vs Break. And here I just developed some combos between him and Vergil. Why you gotta Square-Enix us, Capcom?

Are you sure? From what I read it sounds like a buff for him. Maybe I'm just reading it wrong but sounds like hes saying the person who commented won't like it because phoenix may be getting buff from a glitch that was in game, maybe hitting phoenix from behind mayas shield?
