I think he's just thought of as a bullshit character since he's one of the only characters that can pick people up off a hard knockdown several times alone, and continue combos, has high damage output for basic buttons (lmhs, mmhs, downforward h doing 450k+) vs something like morrigan that takes 5million inputs just to do 350k. I'm fine with it, I play vergil and he's just as derpy as wesker. He has high life, high mobility and high damage output with a self OTG, I don't believe any other characters match that.

I think my game is bugged then because my Vergil's health seems low as fuck when I get hit in a combo.

Anyway I feel you Nits. I started out wanting to learn X-23 but then it became an issue of being able to have decent execution via online play. If you wanna stick with that I applaud it. There's definitely a few chars I still wanna learn but I don't feel the time investment will be worth it if I can't play decent with them online. I will say I fought a guy who had Jill on point who was spanking the shit out of me so maybe it is possible.

I wanted to play Wesker when they first announced him. I just lucked out that he was broken I guess. I do wanna note that Chris hits just as hard if not harder than Wesker. Was joking with a guy I was playing online with that if Chris had a teleport, he'd be one of the most broken people in the game.

@AoE, i know what you mean, i always wanted to use Felicia since she's my main in DS, and X-23 is just fine as fuck. lol I realized after reading up the guide that one of the best things to assist a rushdown character is a slow projectiles so i picked up Ryu, funny thing is he is actually pretty damn good in this game, so no regrets in my team and i am sticking to it. Hell if this team can beat Flocker and my other best friend who can beat Flocker quite a bit, then i'm satisfied with what i have, and thanks to his zero i can actually defend against him pretty well.

Spent last night doing Marvel side missions, got pretty much everyone done up through #7 but having trouble with the #8s which are pretty much all doing x-factor during a combo. Going to try out Capcom for a bit tonight before I gotta head out, still trying to figure out a team, so far was thinking something along the lines of ???/Frank/Dorm, but no idea who I want to play on point. I like Frank's mechanics and shopping cart looks like a badass assist, and I recall Dorm being a solid anchor especially with XF. Wish I would have brought the bible to work to read on my lunch break, lol.

I tried playing online for the first time last night... it was really good as long as I make sure I only play 4-5 bar connections. It seems better than AE, easily.

Anyone got some decent BnBs for Task/Wolverine? Working on a side team to go with my Nova/Spencer/Hawkeye, going to be Iron Fist/Wolverine/Task, really fun to play Iron Fist so I am going to work on learning them as well as my main team.

i learned a REALLY interesting dhc setup with deadpool. he can relaunch people with his bolo loop 3 times, and right after you do the third bolo you do his air gun super, then just DHC into doom's blender. 1.4 mil damage combo lol
