The article only said the ESA (which Capcom is a part of) supports SOPA. That Capcom rep they contacted only said something like "the ESA represents us on these matters". It shows an ignorance on Capcom's part for not explicitly rejecting SOPA, but it doesn't really mean they directly support it, either.

I'll probably venture online to get bodied tonight, I'm still noob as fuck at this though. So far I've been going with Frank/Dante/Skrull but I barely now how to use Skrull by himself and am still having problems getting a few things down...mostly level 3 Frank combos that involve two wavedashes followed by Tools OTG and Dante bold cancels, but at least when I can find an opening I can do reasonable combos for 5-600k with no meter use.

Skrull's not the easiest character to use, he has a ton of options and you really do need to work for his damage. He has plenty of traps, but you cannot go pringles with him or you'll end up getting killed. However he is a high reward character once you know how to make use of his options plenty.

Look up dj huoshen's matches for skrull play.

Skrull's the big iffy on the team, right now I have Frank on point and try to just open up into the first combo with him to level up to 3/4, Skrull assist makes it really easy to get an instant level 4 in the corner with no meter...though I could change to something like Nova/Frank/Dante and be able to get instant level 5 using 2 bars without worrying about trying to open people up with a level 1 Frank. Dante plays a lot like Ragna which is good for me, but the benefit of him becoming easier with them removing the double-motions for his specials is kinda offset by 95% of his combos requiring bold cancel into dps or teleports.

Skrull is OP as hell online. Fucking impossible to block those crossup meteor smashes. Definitely a great character if you put in the time to learn him though.

Does Nova have like retarded priority on his moves or something because this one dude was practically throwing himself at me and I couldn't figure out how best to punish him without trading a hit that went in his favor or just flat out just have my move beaten by his.@
