Meta-humans are more or less the primary focus on the Flash tv show. Think they're pretty big in Supergirl too, but I dunno about Arrow or Legends.

Arrow primarily sticks with non-metas unless the character is a result of a Flash/Arrow crossover (like the current Black Canary & Black Siren). Usually you get people with mystical/magic based powers or tech based abilities. Legends has some supernatural creatures and people with mystical/magic powers.

First three episodes are out today (for the like ten people with DC's streaming service..).

The first 13 episodes of the season will be released in 3-episode blocks, with 3 episodes being released on January 4, January 11 and January 18 and 4 episodes being released on January 25. The second half of the season, made up of another 13 episodes, will air sometime in June
