Ripping music off iphone

I lost my hard drive on my cpu recently and lost a good deal of my music, I would like to get the music on my phone on to my computer.

Can anyone recommend a good program (preferably free) to rip music off a non-jailbroken iphone? I would prefer not to jailbreak the phone, last time I did it was a buggy mess and I got tired of fixing it every time there was an IoS update.

Edit: oops sorry, forgot to mention I'm looking for a rip program that works on Mac OS, not windows.

using a mac version of ifunbox or other similar iphone file explorer you can get to the music directory without jailbreaking. The files will look meaningless, the names are just random letters. But the ID tags are there, and if you copy those files into iTunes, they will come out correct. (I recommend setting iTunes to manage your library so it will rename them also)

Thanks for the quick replies. I ended up using iExplorer (used to be iphone explorer but apple sued them for using the word iphone without permission), worked perfectly, got my music and photos off the phone.
