    Help choosing a router

    Hello,

I just recently reaquired a PS3 and am planning to build a Gaming rig. The Gaming rig will be located in a room away from my connection. I am looking to buy a solid wireless router that wont hinder my games too much. ANy suggestions would be awesome, Thank you

Any generic Wireless - N style router should meet your needs under normal circumstances. Personally I like Linksys, has been very reliable for me. Until you get into flashing firmware and custom settings, any of the major brands are going to be mostly interchangeable.

I'd try to avoid any router with the "one touch security" BS. My linksys router is phenomenal but I'll be playing XBL or some shit and my wife will lay something down on top of the router like a crazy person and it'll push that button down and it seems to close my NAT and then I cant find shit for games to play on XBL so i'll have to run in there and turn it back off. Other than that I agree with Buffy, anything will be fine really
