To be fair, 120 gbps is entirely useless for a single person. You would need a few hundred ssds to even read/write that fast. However it could definitely be useful for a large business with thousands of people/servers using the connection at once.

I have a 45/10 pipe at my house and often I ask myself if I really need that much speed. While it is nice to download a 2 gig HD movie torrent in under 10 minutes, I don't use it enough to really justify needing all of that bandwidth. Hell, I have more bandwidth than my company does which is a bit sad.

Kind of sad how my upload has been the same since the late 90's. Maybe if i had more than option for real broadband internet it would help that out
