Don't think I have managed to meet one in the US that doesn't have a PR flag on their: car, fridge, door, arm, backpack/purse/whatever, cellphone, and probably (though I haven't checked) on the inside of their asshole.

But when I ask them why they are here they say, PR has no economy/jobs/future/anything.

I live in socal so see/meet/interact with a lot of mexicans, so ya I have noticed that they are extremely prideful. Especially their food (which pisses me off sometimes). Don't get me wrong, mexican food is good, but they have this attitude that they expect people eat it EVERY DAY. And don't want to go anywhere else. lol heaven forbid you mention liking taco bell. They will go on a rant for forever.

They don't bother me as much though as they tend to be hard workers, where PR people just seem to be cranky and loud.

you know it's funny, this is one of the major things I love about my dad.

He was the first of my family to come to America, and tried to get many of my cousins here. The few that came till this day will comment things like "America is nice, but I really miss Egypt." My dad would tell them they were all nuts. He was the only one that would proudly admit that though he misses his family, Egypt was a load of crap and in no way compared to what they got/get here.
