Depends on the isp. I had the same ip from 2003 until last week when they did some network upgrades.

Again, depends. I was without power for 2 days a few months back during hurricane whatsherface, and still had the same IP afterwards.

So I decided to give this a look, and there's only information on one file downloaded, "15568_tia_720.mp4". I had no idea what that is, so I clicked the link and it said its from ThePirateBay.org, which I've never used. It then goes on to say that the category is "Porn / HighRes - Movies".

The only other person I live with is my dad...

Reading the Facebook comments on this is hilarious.

All the people raging/posting openly admitting stuff or in straight denial, are putting their own heads on the line in my opinion.

But then again, the bottom of the site does say:

Yea I really don't want to sign in with facebook and give them a name to match up to all the stuff I've downloaded. I've literally tried 5 different Captchas, and none of them will work. Seems like a ploy to get you to give up and sign in with FB.

We are also trying to apply this database to advertising. About 10% of all online shoppers, in the US, are torrent users as well. Knowing what they download might be useful market research.
