That's wise, I usually save my nanopaste for encounters I know can fuck you up that usually involve those flying fucks. At the very least, boss fights on Revengeance are much simpler and a whole lotta fun.

Boss fights are the easiest things in the game Hard+
I was expecting the wolf boss fight on Very Hard to have different or more enemies but it was the same simple stuff.

and I'm now taking full advantage of getting med kit from chest, save from codec, restart checkpoint and reobtain the same medkit.

So.... I don't know if I should be pissed off or not...
I got stuck on like almost the second to last section of File four and died a few dozen times only to restart the entire checkpoint so I could get more health packs.
I make it back to the section I was stuck on, only to clear it on my first attempt without using a single med kit.
    It was close though. 6.2%

and I apparently found all the MIB. There's only 4-5 of them.
Gets you the Wooden Sword. costs 5k BP and starts with 5 attack power. Sword can't cut through anything but is "the ideal choice to subdue cyborgs without killing them"

There's a trophy you get for it (subduing cyborgs), but I haven't found all the MIBs yet.

lets see if I can remember them all... These will be very vague...

In File 1 or two, can't remember if Mistral was the end of 1 or 2, inside one of the warehouses with the security cameras everywhere. There's a place you can drop down into some metal containers and if you keep going down you'll find the MIB

In the sewer, in the square section with the skimmer robots, in the middle is a breakable door. MIB dude is in there.

Don't remember what File, but theres' one in an office building dead end to the left, the right takes you to where you need to go. Left takes you to the MIB. Pretty hard to miss

File four, right after you take the elevator ride up, if you use augment mode, you can see an item box but no way inside. Jump ontop of one of the crates and you can slide attack through it. MIB and the item box are inside.

File 7, near the very end, like right before you exit the area to fight the box, there is some metal shipping containers you can jump behind. I'm on file 7 right now. I can be more specific once I get there.
edit: yeah, immediately right before the boss. The boss is to the right, but straight ahead of you will be some metal containers

I think that's all of them.

When you're fighting the Governor hand to hand, what's the trigger to get him to the next stage? time limit? lower his hp enough?
Because I've been repeatedly getting my ass kicked and I'm trying to beat this stage without using any of my med kits, but it doesn't seem to be happening.

bah. I let him eat up 1 of my med kits and then he took a second med it and right immediately after I hit a checkpoint so now I've lost those two med kits

^ Think they're 2 ways to get the next part, get him to 97%, or survive for around 2min, if I remember right.

I think you gotta do like 10% damage? There may be a time limit thing but on hard it took a few mins to do at least that much damage. Not sure about Revengeance though.

Finally got around to beating the game on Hard. Last boss is such bs lol...Can definitely Platinum this shit but goddamn is it going to be infuriating. Nothing but B's across the board.

I'd hold off on that statement until you've tried Very Hard. It's a completely different ball game. And apparently Revengeance difficulty is just as different.
If it weren't for needing S rank in every single fight on Revengeance mode, I'd say I'd be able to platinum it as well.

I think platinum is so doable APART FROM FILE 4 OMAG("£Y%!(_£*%!(_$*!. Yeah, that shit is infuriatingly difficult (but in a good way). The last boss isn't that hard if you can recognize which of his yellow attacks he's doing, but generally the best thing to do is just dodge away and ninja run if you aren't sure or you can't stagger him in time.

Also, being fully upgraded helps a shitton, that forward + square launcher is really fucking strong lol.

I imagine the Fox Blade causes your grades to drop due to low combos caused by insta kills.

Holy shit, Samuel is the easiest boss fight to get no damage on. Pincer Blades, charge attacks, mid-range distance. Go get your trophies.

To elaborate, Samuel doesn't really do anything mid-range, and Pincer Blade attacks when charged have crazy range. You just gotta pay a little attention to his dash attacks, but he doesn't do those fast ass combos that are difficult to parry.

Gonna see what Mistral's saying about no damage now. Suspect it'll be annoying cause of all the tripods. Monsoon I don't even want to think about doing a no damage run on.

I think her polearm helps deal with the Tripods, otherwise it's just a hackfest.

Btw, found this out late but...Chapter 4 Mistral fight is quite possibly the best farming spot in the entire game. I got her stuck on one side of the gekko tube and was warding off the gekkos for a few minutes thinking she'd come around but she didn't, After two minutes of killing gekkos, 600hits, and some hundred parts...100k BP!

Do the first two parts of the final boss fight count towards a no damage run? I just spent the last 2 hours trying to get the actual final fight down perfect to find out I didn't get a no damage bonus. I can only assume this fight is much harder to no damage run because of this?
