unless the image of will was horizontally flipped, then its not the same coat. buttons are on the wrong side.

mens clothes have the buttons on the right, button holes on the left.
womans clothes have buttons on the left, button holes on the right

Most coats like that trench and otherwise are made so you can flip it to either be for a man or a woman.
