I found it a little odd that he's almost falling straight down in the second part, and his waist hits the rail. In the first part, when he fell, his entire body was outside the rail, and though I understand there's a little swinging motion that would've brought him back in a little, I'm not sure it'd bring his entire lower body inside the rail.

And yea, the two guys in the 2nd part are standing way too still. I don't see any motion at all. You'd expect some sort of wincing motion from seeing the impact.

Sometimes, to reduce the file size as much as possible, gif animating programs only animate the areas of the image that have sufficient changes in color/tonality (movement). Thus, some shit looks like it doesn't budge at all when there should be some subtle, natural movement.

Only at the very beginning of that shot when he falls past them, after that, the animation for that region is almost entirely halted due to it having low priority.
