I went through an entire school year in highschool without knowing what this was. I would have to rewrite entire sentences because I couldn't fix mistakes. Every so often keyboard mashing would fix it but it would always come back to delete my letters

seriously. how many people that uses keyboards are helped by insert more than they are hurt by insert. i have never used insert and been happy that i did

I use insert all the time, though usually in Excel because ctrl-c and ctrl-insert are both copy

but I use it in Word too

Generally just use the keyboard to knock her out with. Then after I'm finished with her, put keys inside her so when she finds them she can have a little fun trying to decipher the anagram. It's my sort of calling card I guess

ive known what the insert key does for a long time

nothing like typing a paper and going back to edit something and then going oh my god what is happening where are my words going
