I'm only shocked at how the title doesn't describe the video and I guess the controversy will be the replies I get for this! The US had already suffered many terrorist attacks up to that point, including the botched bombing of the WTC in 93. If Ron Paul had said there might be a second attack specifically on the WTC soon, he would've been predicting something. What he actually did say was common sense.
