That's America's problem, not the world's (technically).
That's America's problem, not the world's (technically).
Propose a better solution then... Only Ron Paul has a viable solution. Everything else is just bs pandering pushing the debt onto the next generation and the elimination of the middle class. Wake up America!
You people and your whining about debt.
You know Kuya, it's easy to dismiss debt/taxation if your personal income is shitty.
Yea, ergo why it's irrelevant to most people. (i should have said, it's why they should not consider it relevant)

terrible things to economy

Amazing
that guy's fucking awful, not really doing you any favors
ya, RP would rather kill the middle class right away rather than let it slowly whither away like now
And troll of the year award goes to...

I know you're an idiot and so my responses are aimed at clearing widely held confusion regarding the economy for those who aren't infected with political brain cancer. Truly radical contractions in fiscal policy cause short term recessions which cause ballooning public debt necessitating further cuts and so forth, constituting a vicious cycle. ie., even if the minarchist's wet dream vision of America were a viable policy, enacting it in any two presidential terms (especially if the country were on the edge of financial collapse to begin with) would be one of the surest ways to make the debt load unbearable for generations to come. Incidentally, this is the basic idea as to why libertarianism is a political idea that is dead on arrival, besides the fact that it is inefficient, oppressive and immoral; no democratic country would enact libertarian policy in times of prosperity since it would never seem necessary, and though radical ideas tend to gain traction in times of economic crisis, nor would it ever be enacted then as the country would inevitably sink along with the carcass of the newly slain government.
So then if no one will let his radical libertarian economy ideas see the light of day, wouldn't it make sense to elect him for his foreign policy?
His radical libertarian economic ideals are simply extended versions of the shitty ideals of republicans.
To put it simply, at best you're starting the argument over again from absolute deregulation and trying to negotiate him down from there to get something passed.
You know, exactly like the tea party republicans that are already fucking shit up as much as they can without presidential backing.
Yeah, RP's super-deregulated fantasy would be np if he had both the Senate and House on his side, ideas like that aren't particularly fascinating or novel. He just wants to slash even more out of basically everything than currently. He'd probably have to settle for slashing everything except military spending to pass it through a republican-controlled congress, so it would basically be more of the same.
Seriously though, if not voting for Ron Paul...who are people voting for? Because I sit here and look at all the candidates and Obama and regret having ever registered to vote in the first place. If I were to vote, it would be for Ron Paul, but I doubt the guy will even make it to be a presidential candidate, and we'll have Romney vs Obama to choose from. Which is like choosing to have my dick chewed off by a shark or a piranha.
I won't be voting. Paul will never win, and i don't really want him to anyway. Every other choice is just as bad, or worse.
Yeah, I don't vote unless there's something major local or in congress, I'm in Kansas so my presidential vote is utterly meaningless.
If I were back in Florida I'd be voting Obama. He's the best option, and it's not even remotely close.
I dunno if Obama is the best option. He certainly is less of a shit sandwich than some republican candidates. It's a shame Obama can't suddenly drop out and let someone slightly more liberal run, and win (or lose, idc).
I dunno, Obama is the type of shit sandwich that presents himself as and coats himself in a layer of filet mingnon while on the campaign trail. I'm happy that Obama care passed but the country is fully through that outer layer and are tasting what kind of politician he really is now.
inb4 giggedy on that last sentence.
