I think people view RP's desire to give the power more states as the first step in relinquishing the power of a central governing body.
First bring power to the states, then the local communities, then remove it

you follow the Austrian school and believe the Chicago school is intellectually dishonest ?
and people who use the 10th to say things like marriage equality should be determined by the states ignore the equal protections clause of the 14th amendment
i fully believe in it but it is consistently misappropriated in public discourse; it is not the be all end all amendment and when it comes to the protection of rights the federal government has every right to overrule state interests
Shouldn't have been engaging in interstate commerce in a warzone.
I think you meant give the states more power...
I'm all for allowing the states to govern their own sovereignty, but when you have states with retarded fucking laws like these ones I draw the line and beg for the return of common sense.
well cattle thieves are just the worst
It sure would be nice if I had a day to prepare for a crime to committed against.
Don't worry, he's just a nut job that doesn't know anything.
"he was right once before, he must be right about everything ever"
You have to admit, it's pretty impressive for him to go on a 5-minute speech, on camera, in front of congress, and basically fucking nail every prediction he's making. (except for the soaring interest rates one, lol@ the pic used on that being "interest rates have nowhere to go but up")
interesting that the style of prediction is the same as the "ghostwriter" of ronny's newsletter.
Soaring interest rates one hasn't exactly happened but the dollar hasn't exactly failed yet. Not that it won't.
It takes one fuck of an ignorant person to watch that video and dismiss it
Well, he's doing pretty well in New Hampshire, 13% in and it's
Mitt Romney 10,056 35.5%
Ron Paul 6,856 24.2%
Jon Huntsman 5,012 17.7%
Newt Gingrich 2,970 10.5%
Rick Santorum 2,720 9.6%
Rick Perry 185 0.7%
Michele Bachmann 38 0.1%
Other 480 1.7%
So much for the Santorum Surge. Gingrich's numbers so far have to be damn disappointing too. It would be nice if shit could just come down to Ron Paul and Romney so they could actually have a campaign about concrete differences.
I think this will make Huntsman and Perry dropout
Perry is still in as far as I know
