It's legit, took me 5 mins to get it ordered. i'm looking forward to have a fancy beer glass.

some people report having to call a bunch of times, but i just called once and got through. real simple, legit shit.

When I call, after it tries to connect me to someone, I just get a busy tone.

Edit: Got through after 3 calls.

It worked. Had to call three times and I was on hold for about 20 mins, but I'm getting a free glas... er, chalice.

oh geez. I was in! On hold for like 10 minutes and then the call dropped. Now I may never know what its like to get a free Chalice, which is not a glass.

That was the greatest automated system I think I've ever dealt with.

Got through the first time no problem, and was only on hold for like 5-10 minutes.
