Actually, Wikileaks cables and the Palestine Papers, both citing diplomatic cables between the US and Israel state, for example, that Israel intended to starve the Gazan population into submission.

Not to mention the 'dahiya doctrine' as elaborated by a former Israeli general following the 2006 Lebanon War wherein he describes the deliberate destruction of Lebanese civilian infrastructure. Dahiya was a Lebanese neighborhood Israel leveled in the war.
