I bought a logitec K120, and i hate it. Looking for something cheap but not too cheap. The keys on this thing are small and thing and i don't like the way they press in. I feel like they don't come out enough.
Does anyone have recommendations on a keyboard that is not too expensive and has keys that come out more that you have to press in. Not a fan of the whole silent key thing. I feel like i'm not even typing on it.

"Cheap but not too cheap" could mean $20 rather than $10, or $160 rather than $80. How much do you want to spend, max, non-negotiable?

if you ask me, you either get a $10 OEM keyboard or a mechanical one, since there is no difference (literally none) in a $10 brandless keyboard and a $100 Logitech gaming one

less than 30 I guess. Volume and stuff on the keyboard would be a plus. Sorry for not narrowing it down and I really appreciate the help.

Beyond that, I 2nd the guy up there that says the 100 logitech is the same as the $10 ones. The only difference is some have programmable macros and things.... that most people never fully utilitze.

This question doesn't necessarily fall into this thread, but better than starting a new one, so here it goes! I bought a Microsoft wireless keyboard about a year ago and it worked fine for awhile, but eventually I noticed what felt like the keyboard shorting out. This was most noticeable when I was playing Battlefield 2 (and 3 now) as I would run and then out of nowhere stop moving...a sitting duck. Outside of these games my keyboard would work fine, no real issues with re-hitting a letter because it didn't pick it up the first time.
Now over the past couple of weeks it has been pretty bad, constantly having to repress a button several times just for it to submit, or sometimes it doesn't work at all. Is this just a dead battery issue (I'm out right now so I can't check), or something else? One last thing I'd like to mention though it may just be superstition, but while playing FFXIV, most of the time it's impossible to type when the keyboard is in front of me, but when I stand up and type, there are no issues with typing. What the heck is going on?!
