The collar comes up really high, and they hat has a built-in mask thing that has one eye revealed, the other covered. An eyepatch/mask hybrid.

I love the look of Dragoon. Also love the look from Archer, looks like a set that Aion or TERA would make. White Mage and Paladin looks like standard stuff, just high rez (not saying its a bad thing). Black Mage seems to be a copy paste from that NPC from WotG. Marauder looks like something out of Skyrum.

I bet even the harp on the bow is just for looks. Quiver model comes along with the bow (see: fur on quiver with moogle bow).

The bard concept art had an actual flute/horn wind instrument of some sort entirely separate from the bow/quiver. I think that quiver is just fancy like that. Perhaps an actual instrument will eventually be an off-hand item like XI's since their primary is obviously going to stay as a bow. I don't think we'll see a song animation or anything of the sort until maybe 2.0 considering that Swiftsong is currently just animated via a glowing hand.
