Only SE could take an event like Nyzul and make it so overly complicated.
floors 100+ have new enemy leaders - flan NM leader hitting THF99 for 400+ dmg, and is called "Head 7" now(dummy name of course)
Wouldn't be surprised if the "challenge" from the enemies comes from the fact that they require Emps/Mythics/Relics to effectively take down with heavy use of Scherzo and possible EA, coupled with gimmicky TP moves that instakill, charm, encumber, muddle, and reset hate.
Oh, and balance
This apprears in the update notes:
•Astraria may be redeemed by speaking to the NPC Berangere in Aht Urhgan Whitegate (L-9).
*IMG*
*Astraria will disappear upon a successful transaction.
*Players may only possess one astrarium of a particular type at any given time.
However, you -CAN- possess Astraria from multiple floors at once... we got a 20 and 60 astrarium on the same run. Not sure if this is an error, mistranslation, working as intended, or I just cant read.
So you cleared 20 and 60 25 times, in the last 16 hours? lol
I think by particular it means you can't get more than one of a single specific type. In other words, if you clear floor 60 once, then do it again, you won't get a second astraria for floor 60. I'm sure if somehow people went on a single run for 100 and kept hitting boss floors, you could get 1 astraria from each of them.
On our runs, when we killed non-100 bosses, it said something like, You now have 1 part of a bronze astraria, or You now have 2 parts of a bronze astraria. When you clear floor 100, you receive a full platinum astraria. The pieces of astraria won't show up in your KI list, but the platinum one does. So you have to redeem the floor 100 KI after you clear floor 100, and you only receive the KI from lower floors once you clear them 25 times.
A completed Astrarium gets you an item from the next tier up, correct? At least I thought that's what they said they were going to do (though the update notes don't mention it).
So wouldn't that mean that a complete Gold Astrarium and the Platinum Astrarium are redeemable for the same items?
Yes, there is pretty much no point to even kill 80 boss unless you have a group that can't hit 100 semi-regularly.
