I really feel its not fake sadly, as its been ongoing for a very long time (documented & streamed). As for the narcolepsy you're dead on. I feel that paired with schizophrenia shes mixing them together and getting the current outcome.

I agree the title was done well, it brought use to the word "clause" which so few people had even heard of beforehand (sadly), unfortunately it also had the side effect of making me cringe nine times out of ten when Santa is mentioned.
