Mom asked me for 2 months straight what I wanted. I gave her various answers: "Nothing" "I don't care" "Don't have to get me anything."

Well she ended up getting me a 200$ Telescope that I can't work for the life of me. Pointed it at some bright ass star in the sky and all I get is a blank lense <_> Wish the moon was out.

Ended up getting $75 from various relatives, 40 gb worth of usb drives i didn't need, a 16 gb micro sd card that i again didn't need, and traded with my brother for an 8 gb, a dstwo supercard (real time saves and gba emulation on ds <3), a mio and Amy keychain (They sent the amy one by mistake, so got it for free, which is fine by me since amy is p cool anyway), a k-on Christmas shirt, and the zelda ds and ps vita preorder i already mentioned.

To fully contribute, although I already mentioned I got $200, I'll be actually putting that toward some new ink, been wanting to get some new tats for a long fucking time now. Got some random gifts this year, a few $100 gift cards to places, pajama pants and things. However, came home from spending the day with family and my girlfriend produced another present from behind the tree for me. It was a replica of the Master Sword, but clearly custom-made and real. 440c stainless. The hilt needs some paint and the blade needs to be sharpened and those'll be dates for later. But holy shit, man.

Boss is fucking right. Whoever made it knew what he was doing - the blade is forged right into the hilt, including the huge solid round orb on the crossguard, all the way down into the handle. Nice and heavy.

I can't help but wonder if there are any actual poor people here on the forums, because it astounds me every year some of the things people get for Christmas. A car? Shit, last year I remember one guy got like $1000 in gift cards, video games, computer shit, and practically half my paycheck in loot. I'm lucky to even get $1000 worth of stuff, and I'm halfway to six figures.

Most of us poor people don't post in these threads because we don't get christmas loot, ha. I managed to scrape up tuition, bills are paid, and rent is set. I think that's a pretty solid Christmas. I found a couple things on Amazon for like 90%+ off and decided to spoil myself. $1.37 8GN MicroSD card so I can use my dumbphone as a music player and a $0.99 USB bluetooth dongle for Dolphin. Goodbye emulated wiimote.
