Setting up Linksys E1200 Router error.

It's Christmas Eve, so obviously I am working tech support for my family. My step-mother bought a Linksys E1200 Wireless Router. They are supposedly easy to set up, but this seems to be a lie and a CD filled with also-lies.

When I go through the instructions on the CD, it gives me the error "We Can't Set Up Your Wireless Connection." It wants me to disable other wireless connection managers, but the problem is that this computer doesn't have wireless capabilities. Google keeps trying to send me the buy the damn router and Cisco's web page is pretty worthless. (The Javascript links don't even work.) Any thoughts as to how I can get around this problem?

You try just wiring it up and punching 192.168.1.1 (or 0.1) into the web browser?

Not sure wtf you need a CD for a router for.

I just tried 192.168.1.1, I need a username and password. My old Linksys Router used "Admin" for the default and no password, but this one wants something else.

And I used the CD because this comes with 0 documentation of any kind. >_>

    Dear people from the future...

If you have this issue, manually set up the Router from 192.168.1.1 The username and password are both admin, make sure to change that password. It should be easy from there.
