even if it was the only thing you got?
even if it was the only thing you got?
were you at home or on a boat
I've gotten more stuff this Christmas than I have in years. I got pretty much everything that was on my wishlist and some things I had talked about but didn't have listed. Basically no useless stuff.
There was no hysterical last minute cleaning, no quilting anyone into washing windows in December.
And our house won the prettiest wrapped presents competition.
Made me wish I had a nice big family like that.
My father sent me an email with his company holiday card.
quilting someone to wash windows what D:
My grandmother's special.
She'll start few weeks in advance by saying the windows look terrible, and one of these days she'll have to try to wash them. (she's 85or so and walks with difficulty) She'll sigh deeply and say something about how she wishes she could do as much as she used to. If we offer to do it, she'll continue by saying she doesn't want to bother us with it. This generally goes on for a while. One day she'll switch to taking out the bucket instead and pretending she's about to wash the windows. She'll generally pick a bad day when whoever is to be the window washer, usually my mom, is really busy and doesn't have time to help her. I remember one year my step father washed them for her, she made sure I knew how displeased she was with the arrangement and how she didn't like his work.
She likes attention I guess.
I just don't understand the use of the word "quilting"
oh god i just understood you must have hit Q instead of G i'm dumb
incase you missed it in the random image thread, get ready to rage over stupid teenage americans:

Go get 'em darkness
I also got first world problems today. We went to get my new sewing machine at walmart, their online site apparently sells it for $30 cheaper if you do in-store pick-up but they don't price match their own products. So we had to go home just to order it and go back to the store to pick it up about an hour later...
Also, holy shit it's like you just can watch the sewing machine do everything for you, new technology be crazy. (my old one is from the late 70s)
i have never been on a boat
I thought you had a gf? Didn't she give you anything?
So you might still get something better then.
we shall see
I hope you do. Not that Christmas is really about presents, but it's a nice way to show you care about someone.
agreed
i got my nieces a cheese grater and an ace bandage respectively
lol
