Same terrible defensive players from last year that got Wade fired, except with a new system and no time to teach it. Sean Lee was the only player on that side that got better from last year, the rest were the same or worse.

Should just trade anyone of value (Ware, Ratliff), keep Lee and Jenkins, and purge the rest of that side of the ball and start over.

Going young bro. Ware and Ratliff will be old by the time they turn the defense around, get some draft picks for them while they have value.

I dunno how you can say your defense wasn't used to the system cause of the minimal training camp time cause of the lockout, then suggest trading half of your actual good defensive players from this season. Young or not, that's fucking stupid. If they suck again next year, where they now actually have a full offseason to prepare, then you can talk about fixing up the group.

Offense is fine because of the O-Line. Our secondary can be good with a good pass rush (as Giants showed), but we had neither. Beginning of the season we got good pressure, not we get shit. Beginning of the season was much better than now. Pressure is everything imo.

when you are a game out of the playoffs and lost 4 games with a nice 4th quarter lead, it is not time to blow up the team. its time to coach your players better.

I'm just overreacting. I think the offensive side is fine, if they could figure out the correct configuration for the O-line - notice how backups played better than injured starters.

The defense really does need to be blown up though, the only games they won this year were vs teams they didn't need their defense to do anything.

Not having an off season would be a valid excuse... if it weren't for the fact that the 49ers, and that a lack of an off season will cause you to be bad then get better as the season goes on, but they went from passable to fucking terrible after week 8.

This makes no fucking sense. You said that Romo is bad because he couldn't put up more than 14 in a must win game. I said, how do you expect him to put up points when the fucking D-line is at the ball before you get it from a shotgun snap? How is romo supposed to fucking attack your D-Line? Should he just clone himself and block for himself too? He had to do CRAZY things to avoid the rush to make plays.

Seriously I don't know how you can get any dumber Leroy. Your O line struggled because every O line struggles against the Giants. The way around that is using quick passes and abusing our shit secondary, not running the ball with Sammy fucking Morris. Romo was 11-13 in the first half but they were all shitty dumpoffs after he couldn't go down field against a defense that uses nothing but lax coverage to give our pass rush time to get the sack.

Cowboys Oline actually got better after the half until it hit garbage time, I don't want to hear this "our oline was bad" business. Clearly they know how to block when Romo has forever to stand in the pocket just to lob it to a RB.
