Some people do(I don't know why, that's stupid), and those people who do are Target customers, same as the women who want to flip a titty out in the pet food aisle. Target has to try to appease both so as to not lose business, and asking a breastfeeder to do that discreetly is slightly less unreasonable than just saying 'get over it' to the other base. Both sides could easily just not shop at Target, but this lady did not need to make a federal case out of the shit.
