my sister's first kid would jerk his head around so hard when she was breastfeeding him that he'd draw blood so......

@ calli, here you go, California's got your back:
Cal. Civil Code § 43.3 (1997) allows a mother to breastfeed her child in any location, public or private, except the private home or residence of another, where the mother and the child are otherwise authorized to be present. (AB 157)
Actually surprised california is more restrictive on boobies than texas is lol
I've been with Target for multiple years and it's always been Target's policy not to approach breastfeeding women, but to recommend the fitting room if a woman approaches you and asks for a suitable location. I've got no freaking clue wtf that store in the article was doing, but it sounds like a bunch of team members decided to do something on their own without involving ETLs (management).
The local news has been showing alot of the Nurse-Ins that went on today.
See any nipples?
anecdote, had a woman breastfeed while asking me questions at Jcpenney, was weird as shit and really hard not to stare at her titties
no, she wasn't hot![]()
she bought some bamboo sheets though
[edit] still better than the women who changed their baby's diapers on the fucking display beds
It doesn't surprise me that some people are opposed to breastfeeding in public, as there are a lot of people in the world who are fucking crybaby children themselves.
As already mentioned, most women who breastfeed don't just fucking flop out their tits and leave them uncovered. They usually put the baby under a blanket and let them go for it. Occasionally, a passerby might see some tit. So the fuck what? Are you seriously going to shrivel up and die a terrible prudish death like a Goddamn Jehovah's Witness? Pussies.
Also, equating breastfeeding to leaving your dick out is about as intelligent as gay bashers calling a homosexual's right to marriage a gateway to hitching animals. It's just fucking retarded. If you think tits are as big of an issue as a cock or a pussy, you either haven't seen much of the latter two, or you're just a whiny cunt.
I think its completely reasonable to ask someone to be a little more discreet with their breastfeeding. From looking at the picture in OP's link it seems like most of those mothers are discreet and don't need help deciding what is inappropriate, but If I'm in the check out line in wal-mart an titties mcgee brushes up against me with her titty hanging down to her belly button I'm going to say something. Baby attached or not.
I don't mind if/when people breastfeed, but I do mind when women use it as an empowerment sort of thing, like they are better than everyone else because they are breastfeeding their babies. This happens waaaay more than I would have thought before our son was born. The sit ins are just for people craving the attention so they can say "look at me! I'm doing good for my baby because I'm breast feeding!" The reactions from women that have breast fed or are breast feeding give my wife when they find out that we are bottle feeding our boy are actually pretty appalling.
I think you need some help realizing the difference between a woman breastfeeding her baby and a woman with her tits out hitting you with them while in line. I think that it would be ok to tell a woman that is on top of you while breastfeeding to back up. I don't think anyone will argue that.
Do people really think women breast feed their babies in public for attention? Why would someone be against a mother breast feeding in public? If that is how they do, then they should be able to. My wife had to breast feed on a flight cause we couldn't bring formula on (this was a couple months after 9/11) and she just used a blanket to cover up.
I don't think they breastfeed for attention, I think they just did overblown public demonstrations to attention whore. The actual breastfeeding was never the issue lol, I don't think anyone it's actually against that.
I could be completely off-base here, but isn't the purpose of demonstrations and stand-ins to draw attention? Calling a stand-in "attention whoring" is like saying a pan is for cooking.
No that's fair, I just feel it's unwarranted.
Dressing room or locker rooms aren't safe. What if a preop starts get getting naked in front of a mother feeding her baby? She either has to deal with a tranny dick or an angry gay boobaphobe.
