    headphone broke off into headphone jack

    was using my fight stick on my 360 and out of nowhere i noticed my mic was unplugged. turns out the fucking adapter broke off into the stick.

    any advice on getting it out safely?

    Have you tried slowly prying it out with a very thin needle?

    :/ good luck. Happened to my 80gig Ipod like in September. I'm still using my 4 gig sony MP3 player :/

    Just now got around to sending the ATH-M50s in for repair

    Alright well I'm going to assume you've already tried shaking it, so on to plan C!

    If it's slightly-remotely loose inside the slot, I'd try putting a piece of Duct tape towards the jack (glue side) and letting it sit for a little bit. Then try picking (not peeling) it off hoping the glue sticks to the little piece of adapter inside. Might be able to pull it out this way.

    In the same idea as avid, you could try the same thing with a screwdriver and crazy glue.

    Work for sprint and I get this problem sooo much and this is how we always do it.
