how conspicuous would you have to be after 2 beers? seriously. i've hung out with friends who've been ok after 5 and they're perfect capable of handling themselves. they built a tolerance for it and didn't weigh like 80 lbs, but really now. dilated eyes, and a stank breath after 2 beers? i must not be hanging around cool kids enough to know this stuffz

They may build up a tolerance that makes it seem like they can "handle themselves" in the fact they don't stumble or make total asses of themselves, but their reaction times and eye to hand coordination is still fucked. The alcohol is still affecting the body, and if they get behind the wheel of a vehicle they are just as dangerous as the 80 pound person.

I'll be real, I've driven after having had a few beers, and I've driven completely exhausted, and nodded off at the wheel while tired but never while drinking. That shit is scary as fuck. It really opens your fucking eyes. There have been times when I'd come home from work completely unaware of how I got there. At least while under the influence I was completely conscious of what I was doing and remembered the whole drive. Sleepy driving is fucking terrible. Sucks that there's no real way to regulate it, because how are they going to test your "sleepiness level?" Shit should also be illegal.

Fuck you and everything you stand for. You assholes took like eight months to adjudicate my TS clearance a few years back simply because I wasn't born on your holy soil lol. I had something retarded like four federal interviews instead of one. They was acting like I was a double agent or something lol.

I'm not an adjucitor, I'm an investigator, haha. Chances are that somewhere along the line, it took someone a LONG time to clarify all of your foreign information. Either that or a stop-order was placed, and it was later rescinded.

@Raytheon: I don't know too much about adjucitors getting sued, as we're not really in contact with them. We do our investigations, file our reports, hand in our notes and move onto the next case. I wouldn't doubt it, though. Many contract workers do need their clearances. I could only see proper grounds for lawsuits, though, if there was either fabrication in the reports made by a lazy/baised investigator, or the case didn't close until long after its date, in which case yes, someone is guilty.

I think you misunderstood, I was talking in relation to BAC, in which weight means nothing. A .08 250 pound person is just as fucked up as a .08 80 pound person. And "tolerance" only allows a person to mask the outward visible effects to a degree but the physical effect on the body and it's performance is the same. They are still just as deadly.
