    Actually it seems to be Governor's mandate. Governor can order the flags lowered to half staff for any reason he deems fit afaik. So right now Christie is getting a whole bunch of flack for mandating this lol.

    Talk radio has been all over it for days. Lots of people calling in WTFing and only a few defending the decision. At least its entertaining to listen to.
