I've seen quite a lot of mixed-race couples around. There doesn't seem to be any frowned-uponning that I've seen, though you'd probably get more of that the further north you go in England. In London everyone is so mixed up and jumbled around that noone really seems to give a shit. I've got a few friends who are black (of various backgrounds, mostly Jamaican and French-Ghanese) and dating white partners.
