a cable that carries a signal is similar when comparing 2 speakers to 8 for sound stage and 3d positioning without ever experiencing the 8 based on the fact the speakers are in close proximity aight like I said enjoy your simulated surround i'll enjoy my stupid gimicky multi driver headset after testing both

Tritton A/X Pro that I use for my PC/PS3 and recently the Logitech G930 for my PC, I returned the wired G35's because the wireless version were on sale. I love both a lot.

If you want something with cross compatibility go with the A/X Pro's, they are very loud and have some pretty amazing sound courtesy of the mix amp. If you want something that is just going to be for your rig, the G930's are very impressive considering the 7.1 Dobly and it being wireless. Not only that but you can adjust the amp within application, made it sound even better. I also love being able to walk outside to smoke and being able to use the keys on the headset as my personal wireless 7.1 MP3 player. Can even continue conversations on vent without worrying about it picking up any kind of noise or you can switch the mic up and it auto mutes. So much tools on this amazing thing, I can't even talk enough about it.

Can't reiterate how amazing it is to be anywhere in the house yet still listen to music, keep up in vent etc... The specs states range is about 12m/40ft, but I've gone longer than 50ft and it still stays connected. I used to use my Iphone for music when doing yard work...not anymore though

Yeah, it's simulated surround but does a decent job with it. But if I was buying purely for quality, Logitech is not a brand I would be looking at

I use to own a pair of Sennheiser HD 650. But they broke and I can only get sound on 1 side. Sucks because they were expensive.

The noise cancelling is dramatic. I have the noisiest (so annoying) computer ever (liquid cooled, w/ an external radiator). When I use these headphones, I can still hear my computer in the background (that's a testament to how loud it is) but it's much much more quiet.

With stuff playing, I don't even notice the noise anymore.

These are also great on an airplane too.

Sound quality is good but it won't reach the level of a Sennheiser since the focus here is noise cancelling.
