I had a few buddies who were 18 get down on a couple girls who were completely conscious hanging out with these guys at their apartment. The girls were like 16 or 17 and were drunk and just acting like a slutty whores and were down to hookup with a few of the guys, they weren't passed out or anything like that but the next morning one of the girls had time to reflect on the night before and prolly talk to her friends she completely flipped her story basically crying rape. It was bullshit, one of the dudes was 17 got no charges and the other 2 who were 18 ended up getting misdemeanors since it's a difficult thing to prove complete innocence.

Anyways not siding with either side of the story just saying sometimes dumb ass shit happens, they shouldn't have put themselves in that situation but it's not like these guys who were friends of mine at the time were straight up rapists or pedophiles they just got this slutty bitch drunk and she changed her story the next day. I prolly wouldn't have put myself in the position.
