If you report the shirts stolen, paypal requires you to jack off on them, take pictures, and send them back.

As a buyer and seller, amazon. The only downside is the quirky payout system. It pays out balances once a week.

I forsee Paypal just paying the seller in this situation and trying to handle PR on this one. I don't see how you can destroy a sellers item if you don't think its authentic unless you plan on letting the seller keep the money. This is messed up on all sorts of levels. Thank god I don't use paypal to sell anything.

I hope you got your money back! I remember one time I bought a Faberge Spider and when I received it I notified paypal it must be counterfeit as it looked nothing like a spider. I promptly ran it through a grinder and then lit it on fire and returned the smoldering ashes to the seller.
