If you stab someone once and they don't immediately drop, or back off and give a monologue, like you're conditioned by fiction to believe will happen, then the rational part of your brain peaces out and you wail on the thing that should not be until it stops being and sanity can regain a foothold.

i saw this earlier today. i think its safe to say we've all had our shares of bullying in our lives, and some of us still go through it. you never know what the day will bring when you just cannot take it anymore and your adrenaline is sky high. i dont condone the death of the bully, or praise it by any means. i am sorry he had to go through what he did, but i support the victim 100% and im glad he doesnt have to do any time. kudos to you, man.

If a police officer, unprovoked, sucker-punches someone in the back of the head and continues to beat them, and the person retaliates and kills them...yes, the officer brought any retaliation by the victim onto himself by starting the attack. Replace 'police officer' with any profession ever and it's still true, if you don't want to risk getting your shit fucked don't start attacking people.

Do you really not understand the difference between simple bullying and threatening someone, chasing them down with a group of people, attacking them from behind, and going after the again when they try to run.

This kid did everything in his power to remove himself from the situation, and this guy kept fucking chasing him. The kid had every fucking right to defend himself. Holy shit how is this a question.

I'm sure the victim didn't even mean to kill the bully once he started the stabbing, he was probably just making sure there was no chance he would get the snot beat out of him so bad that he was going to be sleeping in the hospital that night before running away from the fight. I honestly don't know how people aside from parents (any parent can easily overlook their child's flaws if they keep telling themselves their son or daughter is a saint that wouldn't do bad things) can try to defend bullies and their actions, as they have driven many teenagers to commit suicide, as well as fueled the fires behind a few shootings in the country. At least taxpayers won't have to pay to feed and cloth the scumbag bully once he would have inevitably landed himself in jail later in life.

I was bullied in middle school by kids that lived in my own neighborhood, so I got to see first hand after middle school/high school what happens to washed up bullies as they get older. One died, one is in jail for GTA, one got addicted to drugs and was in rehab last I checked, and the other got kicked out of his home by his parents because he was too much of a fuck-up for them to want to support anymore. I don't think the world needs anymore people like that on it.

No, your brother was a smartass and eventually someone got tired of his mouth and beat him down. Sucks for him but maybe you or your parents should have told him to shut his mouth before someone else did. Bullying isn't just physical abuse, it's mental also.

Nobody is happy the kid died, or your brother was put in a coma but I bet there are far more cases where the bully killed or due to the bullies actions caused the death of someone else(mental trauma, suicide, etc). If your brother shut the fuck up and walked away he wouldn't have been hit in the head. If the bully didn't jump off the bus, chase the kid down and beat him up, he wouldn't have been stabbed 12 times.

Put someone in a situation where they fear for their safety or piss them off by being a smartass and eventually someone will snap and turn on you. Simple solution, don't be a ATTRACTIVE AND SUCCESSFUL HOMOSEXUAL-AMERICAN and put people in that situation.
