Itunes / PC Issues!

Looking for any help if possible, I am having one hell of a time figuring this out, hoping it is a simple fix or someone has run into it before.

Last week I had a virus on my PC, Avast Scan got rid of it, ran the normal cleanup after that, after reboot I started getting this message each time I go to open a program.

Everything seems to work fine but now I am not able to connect to Itunes store, run IPad/Itunes updates or Import new files into my Itunes from my PC....any advice or suggestions are appreciated.

I currently have current Itunes update and Quicktime.

was finally able to add files, still no luck on connecting to internet via Itunes even with AntiVirus disabled and that annoying popup still lingers...

Any help is appreciated.
