For what it's worth I traded in my 360 Elite yesterday with some other stuff.
At a NJ Gamestop...
360 System = 95.00
Controller = 13.20
120GB HD = 6.60
Total = 114.80
I know thats really low but considering how alot of people already have one, and selling/shipping it to someone online would have cost me something when I have 0 money in the bank, it's not the absolute worst thing that could have happened.
Thank god I'm not a big console gamer anymore, just here and there these days.
Rumors that Wii U will be released November 18 in USA and 1 week later in JP
http://uk.wii.ign.com/articles/122/1222235p1.html
Also as most people kinda knew WII-U should be weaker then PS3 and Xbox360
Rumors rumors ahhh where is the E3 when we need it
So basically the exact same Sunday on the same month, but 6 years after the Wii came out...
Rumours/Analysts sure playing it fucking safe. The Wii-U might cost $300? Gee! I wonder who'da thought that wouldn't be the obvious answer given the price of the competition it has?
Well Nintendo hates to change shit so if GC and Wii came out almost same date, why not WII-U!
I think I'm just worn out on all of the rumours and crap over the past couple months for these next-gen consoles from people who just don't get it.
If there's a lack of information, then wait for there to be bloody more before saying something! The second there's a hint of something happening, everyone jumps on the one friend-of-a-friend source and tries to extrapolate the world out of it.
And I need to stop ninja-editing this post.
I don't even bother speculating on this stuff anymore. Truth be told I don't think I will be buying any new systems. I still play the shit out of my 360 and PS3.
I hope the Wii-U comes with a DVD of Kung Pow.
Wait, who am I kidding.
They'll have a DVD of Kung Pow AND a shovelware game of it.
Not that for a moment I think you're serious, but the Wii-U won't support DVD or Bluray playback. I would take a Kung Pow game, shovelware or not though.
