As you see, this PC is amazing. I have tested Skyrim on full max settings @ 1920x1080, full AA AND the FXAA graphics enhancer addon from skyrimnexus and have experienced ZERO lag. I am an avid PC gamer, photoshop user and I render videos and 3D animations. This PC crushes ALL.

I am sad to have to sell it, but it is a VERY worthwhile investment. I will also include:

Just to clarify for your possible buyers, is that Windows 7 Pro, or Windows 7 Enterprise? Two different revisions of 7.
