i can't hear obesity unless they're chewing. all i know is she kept trying to get me to hang up by playing blackout games with me (saying "goodbye" but not actually hanging up). lot of long pauses where she should have been talking, etc. i know my wells fargo - theyre always supposed to say is there anything else i can help you with. i told her i was going to miss the due date for my bill because my pay period is lagging and her tone was just straight up fuck you
asked to speak with a supervisor, conveniently unavailable. snapped. fucking robots.

Call back until a supervisor is available. In all likelihood she didn't even check to see if one was there. Make sure you got her name and the time that you called so that they can go back and listen to the recording.

you know, im cool with having called her a cunt. i got all angry and hit the zone, can't make genuine angry music until i'm genuinely angry so it's kind of a blessing in disguise...as long as i stay outta jail for calling a cunt a cunt.

I did the same thing with Capital One (told them I would be a week late on my payment due to pay date change) they told me a I had been with them enough to where I could skip a month due to this lol. You just have to kiss the right part of their ass for them to help you out.
