Are you 200+ already? If not, two accuracy Atma and sushi should cap your hit rate on misc. exp mobs. If it is, and you have a WHM mule, play around with Melo Melo.

Would you say it's an excellent idea to learn Tourbillion from Khimaira 13, zone out the alt who needs the BC and repeat till I learn?

I don't believe you can learn it from this BC.

Picked up a Euxine Coat +2 last night. Useful atm by virtue of my THF being gimp as fuck and literally having no other body piece (Abyssea burned and not used once yet). Does it have any longterm use though or is it easily outclassed by Toci's/AF3+2/etc?

What is the best dagger to pair up with Lux Pugio for THF? Preferably not a STR magian one. I rarely ever use THf and don't really want to put in the time to make one. I have Twilight, Triplus, etc. I don't mind doing a fairly easy magian one, like a wind weather one. I'll always have mage haste, if the answer was going to be Oynos.

I'm about 90% sure you can't learn it in that BC. I tried a while back and went something like 0/25. Could have been unlucky, but it's unlikely.

I was unsure whether to account for the higher fTP as such since while Stardiver would approach a non-crit Drakesbane with higher TP, this would also increase the Drakesbane critical hit rate which would give Drakesbane a significant advantage.

He's talking about the increase from elemental gorget and belt, which also transfers to additional hits.

The bloodsucker page in Bost. Ob. is what that's talking about. Can lock mule on the book on the upper level w/ sneak up, and they'll be in range of almost all the bloodsuckers below.

Really, any gov page where you can avoid your mule dying is fine, I've done some in sky (aura pots on Olla floor) some on leeches, some in Voidwrought tower (Bats + 1 slime, slime really slows this page down)

Edit: The main reason you hear a lot about the leech page is you could do it before pages auto-repeated. Nowadays other camps work as well since you don't need to run back.

wiki's a little ambiguous, but i believe you get both effects, so long as they are different.

Anyone know what happens if you delete your SE account? My old friend just quit and gave me his account. Said he couldn't figure out how to just cancel the thing (I know..) so he deleted it. I create a new SE account to link his, and I get "This PlayOnline ID cannot be transferred. Please contact the Square Enix Support Center for further details."

Is the account lost? Or is he gonna have to call customer service and go thru a ton of BS to get the account back to normal? He just cancelled a few days ago.
