Are the bst af3 body/head worth upgrading/using over using toci's/ocel. head?

I haven't bothered with the head b/c I'm always wearing MKD hat, but I can't see it being better than ocel, and I doubt set procs are worth giving up that which oce/toci give you in combination.

Set procs no but when it matters af3s augment killer adds a good chunk of dmg so could head for your pet though that is less likely

This is what I'm wondering about. When the bonus is active, would it even beat out the 3% DA/TA? Assuming you don't have killer effect merits.

Still need 6. I go with empy sam, whmx2, brd, average blm, average mnk and clean house. Usually can allow for 1 wipe if I screw up a pull and link everything.

Should NIN and WHM be able to kill Tunga reliably? CS breakga would seem very annoying.

I did it last month with nin and whm, was annoying as hell wiped a few times but proc'd and killed most of the time.

Sacrificing Slow onto your WHM or simply stunning it right before chainspell HP% (if it unstuns at say, 74% instead of 75%, it won't chainspell) makes it a complete joke.

If a Linkshell leader is leaving the game and he wants to pass the name on to someone else, what's the right way to go about that?

Can you just drop the Linkshell item or do you have to /breaklinkshell first in order for someone else to re-form with the same name?

having an issue where the other two parties in the alliance's HP bars aren't within the boxes, and my party's TP gauges are behind the nameplates. any idea what option i fucked up to cause this?

They all have uses for certain jobs but it's kind of hard to give you useful information if you don't say what jobs you have/will have.

Depends on the job. But yeah each peice has something that is still best for what it does for at least 1 job I think.

They all have uses for certain jobs but it's kind of hard to give you useful information if you don't say what jobs you have/will have.

Right now I've got a ACP body for cor QD; have thf/pup/mnk/nin/blm/cor/sch lol. Didn't think that any of the pieces would really still have a use thus why I asked in general for most jobs. I'm guessing body for QD is still good; and I know one of the pieces can make a pretty decent bst piece; but not sure how everything else stakcs up.

The Pet gear is nice for BST, the Coat is still a sexy hexa strike piece. Beyond that I can't think of anything that isn't a side grade or has some abyssea/VW piece that will offer just as much inventory -1.
