If you haven't farmed up refresh pin/dark rings you can farm dragon meat from the chests in Kons. I'm slowly grinding my cooking to 97 on Dawn Muslin and sitting on 3+ stacks of dragon meat gotten from Aby. Tell your friends to save it for you as well, if your relatively close it makes a difference.

Also, the bee's that drop white honey? They drop royal jelly, but its a shitty, SHITTY drop rate even with TH7. Not that I care, the money from farmed dawn muslin, horey sheeet.

I'm getting a friend with wood working to make divine sap for me so I can close the gap to 99 since Kitron's litter the AH now from voidwatch. I've got 4 stacks of those, I'm hoping that once I hit 10 I can just power through to 99 and then the last level wont be hell on wheels.

Yeah I used rice cakes to get to 99 since the one ah only ingredient was in abundance. Doing nm crawler thing now with rolanberries. Since that seems overall the fastest

Question about Orison Pantalon +2 and Praeco Slacks. Should i use cure potency in midcast(spellcast) if i don't cap cure potency?

Just use AF3+2, there's really nothing in Abyssea where the difference is close to relevant.

No not really. If you want to be a little defensive, replacing coercion with shrewd is an option I guess, but I don't know why you would want to/would have to do that.

Really depends on which job your talking about though. I assume you're talking strictly melee DD and not something like BLU or COR.

Just wondering if anyone knows... Do you need to be on the quest or have beaten "Waking the Colossus/Divine Interference" (Alex prime fight) to help? Also, if anyone can help, is it truly anyone or do you have to have beaten ToAU? Thanks.

Atmacite of Promises from Qilin gives HP+5% VIT+5 Skillchain damage +30% Sphere: "Regain"+2

More of a team player option if you have a few other DD in your party.

Edit: Can look at the list on https://www.bg-wiki.com/bg/Atmacite and see if anything else looks like you might use it.

I'm thinking about taking the STR/PDT one of the STR/DA one on Drg if that helps your choice. Regain does nothing for me on Drg on most fights.

While talking about skilling up is there any clarification on what each skill up food does? I'm trying to skill up my GSword + Scythe, both of which are in the low 300's, which food is best for this? I hear different foods are supposed to be for different skill levels. Also is it worth your time going out the way for the skill up ring / earring?

The ring/earring are generally not worth getting. You can cap skills in far less time than it takes (on average) to get something from brown boxes.

That said, if you can productively skill up on the mobs in those zones, there's no reason to skill up elsewhere.

I got the ring skilling up my GKat, for example. (now, at 300+, you probably can't, so yeah, you're better off skipping those zones).

If I were to use the test server to test skill up food (set my level to ~75 or so and cap skills, then set level to 99 but keep skills at 75 cap, then afk on fortalices or something) What would be good skill ranges and jobs/weapons to test on?

I'm thinking something like Apoc + Gnarled Horn + Razed ruins, giving me a nice balance between devensive play but still strong WSing?

It's tempting to go all in with Gnarled horn + Kirin + Savage tiger for a total of +120 Agi. At least on dancer where saber dance gives me enough double attack.

That or Apoc + Omega + Gnarled horn, for the triple attack route.

GH RR Apoc, and should probably use Evis.

Losing the critrate/dmgboost from RR on normal melee is too much. If you're forcing crits with climatic a *lot*, then maybe SS over Apoc, but unlikely.

Not sure this is the right place for it, but... odd problem that's been bothering me for a while.

Whenever I'm near a moderately-sized group of raptors or Opo-Opos (think Abyssea - La Theine for the latter) my computer starts lagging like mad. Anywhere else is fine; I can be in the middle of people spamming WS on a VW mob, or something like that, and never once suffer lag. However, around these two groups I lag horribly. Haven't figured out what is causing it, but it didn't used to do that, which is what I think is odd. This didn't even start 'til around the time of Heroes release, because I remember doing raptors for RDM seals, and going through the Opo-Opos in Vunk for the box quest trying to get SMN feet seals. I was hoping someone would either know why this is happening and/or if there's a fix for it. Thanks in advance.
